We are looking for a creative and dedicated individual to join our team as a Marketing Manager. We are a small, ambitious company founded on a passion for making wholesome food from scratch and seeking to excite customers with our innovative and growing product line. Responsibilities include creating and managing the production of content for social media, advertising campaigns, and our website. This is a key leadership role that will organize our content direction and strategy. Excellent visual acumen and attention to detail is a must to produce great work by directing content initiatives, encouraging others, and nurturing creativity. Responsibilities:
- Organize company-wide efforts to plan and implement social media, advertising, and website content and campaigns.
- Establish creative direction for the company as well as brand guidelines.
- Maintain and promote a brand image of high-quality tools and passion for making wholesome food.
- Prioritize and manage multiple projects within design specifications and budget restrictions.
- Collaborate with in-house, contracted, and affiliate team members to create different types of media and creative content.
- Manage social media presence including content, advertising, communications, and outreach.
Requirements:
- Experience creating and curating photo, video, and web media.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- Experience in Photography, Graphic Design, Copywriting, or a related field may be advantageous.
- A strong knowledge of social media channels, both in common use and in advertising.
- Sufficient knowledge and experience cooking and baking.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail, multitasking, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

From lost packages to bread baking, Brod & Taylor is serious about providing the best possible experience for our customers. Join our growing team in this multi-faceted position that combines email and phone support for customers withsimple shipping and returns/repair system management. This position is in-office, based in beautiful downtown Williamstown, MA.
Customer Service Responsibilities:
- Manage and respond to customer emails and phone calls.
- Use FAQs, product information, recipes, videos, and past customer cases to answer inquiries about our products.
- Follow Brod & Taylor operating procedures and style guidelines.
- Use the Salesforce Service Cloud web platform to track and resolve customer questions and issues involving:
- Orders & Shipping
- Product set-up & use
- Warranties
- Returns & repairs
- Work with Amazon customers through Amazon Seller Central to resolve issues, questions, returns and refunds.
Operations Specialist Responsibilities:
- Ship products from the Brod & Taylor office using Shipstation.
- Process RMA returns and repairs.
- Manage and reconcile local inventory.
- Work with Repair Technicians to resolve repairs and returns.
- Work with UPS and USPS to resolve lost, delayed, and missing shipments.
- Resolve chargebacks by providing necessary documentation.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Excellent customer care and focus: ability to assess customers’ needs, find and provide answers or methods for apositive customer experience.
- Computer proficiency: ability to learn and use web-platforms including Salesforce, Shipstation, Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, Finale Inventory Management.
- Organized, process-oriented and analytical work skills.
- Ability to learn, understand and explain product specifications and uses.
- Ability to multi-task on multiple issues.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to lift and move boxes up to 40 lbs.
- Ability to occasionally transport packages up and down stairs, or transport to local post office.
Highly Desired Qualifications:
- Experience or interest in baking or other food preparation.
- Previous experience in a customer support role.
